CEdge has an opportunity for a Help Desk Expert to join our team! This role is located in Scott Air Force Base, IL.This role will support DISA in operating and maintaining DISA networks and applications to include the DISANet and Mission networks. Provide call center support for DISA St. Louis user community (15-30 calls per month).
Provide users with a Tier 0 single point of contact between the user community and IT Service Management.
Act as a first line resolution for incoming events.
Answering incoming calls utilizing the existing Cisco Call Management suite.
Respond to email requests.
Create trouble tickets for all incidents reported via ITSM.
Monitor and report daily stats for the Cross-Domain Solution suite of servers.
Provide hourly checks and daily statistics to be complied for reporting purposes.
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or technical field of study, such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science preferred.
2+ years relevant experience.
Excellent communication both verbal and written.
Service driven mentality.
IAT Level II certification / CompTIA Security + to be obtained within 6 months of role.
