General Description
The CEdge Software Consultants  is looking for an experienced  Technical Recruiter - Lead  to join our dynamic recruiting team. This person will recruit and select top talent to fill positions throughout the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manager to develop and monitor goals related to consistent metrics, includin, client ramps, fill rates, cost per hire, applicant to hire rations, 0-90 day attrition, throughput and other key items as required.
  • Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 2 while reporting to the COO.
  • Must have federal recruiting experience.
  • Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates (through internal database, job boards and other search engines, contact lists, job fairs, cold calls, etc.) Qualify candidates through recruiting calls - screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills and salary requirements
  • Negotiate compensation and explain benefits programs to candidates as well as the advantages of contingent labor
  • Main point of contact with Client Account Manager. Communicate with the Account manager and the employee to gauge employee performance.
  • Attract highly qualified candidates by continually running descriptive job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn,  and other media outlets as well as attending user groups and social network events to attract people
  • Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands
  • Maintenance and upkeep of candidate’s profile in applicant tracking system.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree; HR, Business Admin, or related field - preferred
• 5+ years of recruiting experience – varied levels of authority in a federal setting
• 5+ years interviewing experience; behavior/competency based
• Applicant Tracking System experience
• Works well with minimal direction and have been successful
• Entrepreneur spirit and whatever it takes attitude
• Excellent verbal & written skills
• Team Player!
