Senior- Helpdesk Support Services Specialist

Clearance Requirements: Secret Clearance .

The contractor shall provide special Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) support to SDDC senior-level executives (i.e., the Commanding General (CG), Deputy to Commander (DTC) Senior Executive Service (SES), Deputy Commander (DC), Chief of Staff (CoS) and Command Sergeant Major (CSM)), as well as their immediate support staff.
Support includes, but is not limited to, configuring, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, email services, software, printers, portable electronic devices (PEDs), desktop Video Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment, and other peripherals, and supporting and troubleshooting network connectivity.
The contractor shall act as the liaison between senior-level executives and all C4 support functions for coordinating communications and computer support requirements.
The contractor shall monitor and report planned, unplanned, and potential system outages to senior-level executives. The contractor shall perform operational checks on C4 end-user devices prior to Temporary Duty (TDY) assignments.
The contractor shall provide continuous support to senior-level executives and Very Important Persons (VIPs) five (5) business days per week and on-call, as required.
Core on-site hours are from 0600 to 1800, Monday through Friday.
On-call hours are from 1801 to 0559, Monday through Friday, and 24 hours per day during weekends and Federal holidays. Response time during on-call periods shall be no more than two (2) hours to begin work on-site.
Required certification : IAT II, CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, SSCP
