The contractor will manage the functional and technical operations, enhancement, and maintenance of FTC’s Learning Management System (LMS), eTrain2, on the Cornerstone platform. Responsibilities include designing workflows and business processes, ensuring compliance with FTC standards, and serving as the Designated Security Officer (DSO) for the LMS.
Key duties involve coordinating LMS operations with vendors, resolving technical issues, updating courses, and providing expertise in integrating technology into training programs. The contractor will also advise on instructional design, recommend policies, assess training needs, and implement innovative learning technologies.
