1. Each working team member needs to have 5+ years’ experience in  
1. Data Architecture, Analysis, Reporting and Intelligence 
2. Advanced knowledge in Building Cloud Data repositories in various platforms including AWS, Azure, OCI and GCP   
3. Advanced knowledge of Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, Cloud Data Warehouse and Hybrid Data Repositories 
4. Advanced knowledge in Building end to end data pipelines and infrastructure 
5. Advanced knowledge of data modeling, database design, and ETL/ELT processes 
6. Advanced knowledge of MDM, Data Cataloging, Metadata, and Data Lineage best practices 
7. Intermediate knowledge in developing and maintaining Data Governance standards 
8. Experience with state of Missouri data architecture preferred
