NOC Lead. This position needs to have 

Roles And Responsibilities :

• 5+ years of experience
• CWF Code 441 compliance (include certifications or equivalent)
• VoIP/AVAYA experience
• AVAYA VoIP certification & experience.
•  NEVVS-HI stack, which replaced legacy TDM and PBX/Key systems.
• We should identify members with AVAYA, Cisco Voice, or DoD UC certifications, or bring in a partner with NEVVS-HI or Navy VoIP experience, or reference any AVAYA-compatible system support to show crossover.
