Description:
The Data Architect SME leads the design of data architecture for USTRANSCOM’s JDDE, creating master blueprints and data models to align with business strategies. Responsibilities include managing enterprise reference data, integrating data assets, and ensuring security compliance. The role uses DoDAF for data views, RMF for security, DMBOK for governance, and tools like XML schemas and ANSI X12 for data formats. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years in data architecture.
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).

Desired Qualifications:

• Expertise in DoDAF data views (DIV-1/2/3).
• RMF for data security compliance.
• DMBOK training and XML/ANSI X12 experience.
• Knowledge of USTRANSCOM’s data resources.
