Description: 
The Enterprise Architect SME provides expert leadership in designing and integrating enterprise architecture for USTRANSCOM’s JDDE. Responsibilities include developing DoDAF and UAF models, conducting impact analyses, and ensuring alignment with DoD interoperability standards. The role leverages tools like DoDAF for architecture frameworks, MBSE for system modeling, and RMF for security compliance, while managing Government Reference Architecture (GRA) initiatives. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.  

Required Qualifications:  

• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.  

• 15+ years in enterprise architecture.  

• Certified Enterprise Architect (e.g., TOGAF).  

• Expertise in DoDAF frameworks. 

Desired Qualifications:  

• Advanced UAF tailoring expertise.  

• RMF for secure architecture design.  

• Proficiency in MBSE and USTRANSCOM’s BEA.  

• Knowledge of JDDE and COI interoperability standards.
