Description:
The Program Manager oversees the execution of a complex contract supporting USTRANSCOM’s enterprise architecture, data management, and engineering initiatives for the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE). Responsibilities include managing multiple task orders, coordinating with government stakeholders, facilitating technical meetings, mitigating risks, and delivering progress reports. The role ensures alignment with DoD standards, leveraging tools like DoDAF for architecture and RMF for cybersecurity, while fostering Agile and DevSecOps practices. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of program management experience in DoD contracting.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience managing large IDIQ contracts ($100M+).
Knowledge of DoD acquisition and FAR compliance.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Expertise in DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) for cybersecurity.
Experience with USTRANSCOM’s JDDE and CATS tool suite.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevSecOps tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
