Description: 
The Mid-Level Project Manager supports task order execution, focusing on enterprise architecture and data management for USTRANSCOM’s JDDE. Responsibilities include tracking project milestones, preparing reports, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with DoD standards. The role uses tools like DoDAF for architecture artifacts, RMF for security, and Agile practices for project management, supporting integration of cloud-based systems. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.  

Required Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.  

• 5+ years of project management in IT or DoD programs.  

• PMP certification or equivalent.  

• Strong organizational skills. 

Desired Qualifications:  

• Basic knowledge of DoDAF for architecture artifacts.  

• Familiarity with RMF for security compliance.  

• Experience with MBSE tools and BPMN.  

• Knowledge of USTRANSCOM’s CATS or JDDE data flows.
