Description: 
The Senior Project Manager leads task orders focused on enterprise architecture, data integration, and engineering for USTRANSCOM’s JDDE. Duties include managing project schedules, allocating resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery. The role involves using tools like DoDAF for architecture models, RMF for security compliance, and MBSE for system design, while supporting cloud-based solutions. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.  

Required Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or related field.  

• 8+ years of project management in government IT programs.  

• PMP certification or equivalent.  

• Strong stakeholder coordination skills. 

Desired Qualifications:  

• Experience with DoDAF for architecture development.  

• Knowledge of RMF for cybersecurity compliance.  

• Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).  

• Familiarity with USTRANSCOM’s CATS and cloud migration tools.  

• Agile/Scrum certification.
