Description: 
The Test Engineer develops and executes test plans for USTRANSCOM’s JDDE systems, ensuring reliability and compliance. Responsibilities include creating test procedures, analyzing results, and supporting system integration. The role uses RMF for test compliance, DoDAF for verification, and Agile tools for testing in cloud environments. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.  

Required Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT.  

• 8+ years in test engineering.  

• ISTQB certification. 

Desired Qualifications:  

• RMF for test integration.  

• Knowledge of DoDAF verification processes.  

• Agile testing experience with USTRANSCOM systems.
