Roles& Responsibilities: -

• Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant with minimum 8-12 years of experience with SME.
•  End to end exp on working with Implementation projects.
• Look for candidate who has worked on implementation project.
•  Good understanding of the Business Processes and Compensation Summary
•  Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
• Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes
• Ability to build/review functional design specification documents
•  Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports
•  Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
•  Has worked with small and large teams
•  Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
