Functional Responsibility: Gathers, creates, and assists in the management of software artifacts, configurations, architecture drawings, server settings and other CAMPs related artifacts and tools. Evaluate system performance issues and propose recommendations to improve. Perform assessments to ensure compliance with policies and reviews and required evaluations to ensure compliance security policies. Assess and recommended improvements to system availability and user experience. Recommend hardware and/or software options to meet system specifications using recognized estimating approaches to support government cost estimates. Functions as deputy project manager, assisting in the creation of required project and contract management documents, as well as technical management of sprint backlogs.
Minimum/General Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, 8 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills:  Expert in agile methodologies and backlog management and grooming. Familiar with government IT environments and the use of agile methodology within the DoD Joint Information Environment.
Qualifications/Certifications: ITIL v3, Certified Scrum Master (CSM). CAPM or other PMI Certification Preferred, IAT 2 & Secret Security Clearance
