·         We currently have an exempt position available in our St. Louis office for a full time Sr. Systems Analyst with a minimum of three years of experience in leading or managing projects and a minimum of six years of experience in business or systems analysis.  Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or related field, with an advanced degree highly preferred.  PMP certification and CBAP certification is preferable.  The person selected for this position must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
·          Job Responsibilities
·          Collects, analyzes, and prepares business, functional, system, and quality requirements, use cases, specifications and business process diagrams textually and through visual modeling methods and tools.
·          Uses expert SQL, Excel, scripting, and reporting skills to extract and analyze business data or to provide ad-hoc tools and solutions.
·          Plans, designs, develops, and communicates solutions to improve business and technical processes, which can include the development and maintenance of workflow processes.
·          Coordinates client and server software installations as necessary; monitors performance and coordinates server or client configurations for improvements as needed for third party products.
·          Develops and maintains project plans and project-specific processes where applicable, such as change control, to ensure that requirements, milestones, deliverables, and activities are scoped, communicated, understood, coordinated, and executed.
·          Coordinates and leads project resources in a cross-functional environment.
·          Monitors, manages, and communicates project performance and status reports to project stakeholders.
·          Assists with project initiation evaluations, such as cost-benefit or return on investment, and provides recommendations.
·          Provides product management, including setup, coordination, collection and communication of enhancement requests, assists in defining the technical road map of products, and provides management of projects involving the upgrade or enhancement of products.
·          Documents, communicates, and maintains product-centric procedures, such as routine maintenance, upgrade procedures, testing plans, and known issues and workarounds.
·          Evaluates, analyzes, and creates specifications that integrate third-party products with other systems and products to improve efficiencies.
·          Gathers, analyzes, and communicates information about upcoming product enhancements, updates, and technological advances.
·          Evaluates, coordinates, schedules, and manages software and hardware updates to third-party products
·          Provides second-tier support to end users for managed products and submits, coordinates, and manages technical support issues with third-party vendors.
·          Develops and authors user-facing training deliverables, such as written procedural guides and hands-on training sessions.

·          Must be proficient in the methods, tools, techniques, and best practices of the business analysis profession.
·          Must possess strong reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
·          Must be adept at using tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Transact SQL for data analysis, data mining, and data scrubbing.
·          Must have a basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, both client and server, in order to effectively manage third party applications and systems.
·          Must be adept at collecting information through advanced communication, questioning, and interviewing techniques.
·          Must be skilled at adapting technology to efficiently meet and serve user needs.
·          Must be proficient in the methods, tools, techniques, and best practices of the project management profession.
·          Must exhibit a collaborative leadership style and strong facilitation, negotiation, and persuasive interpersonal skills.
·          Must be highly service-oriented and willing to actively assist others.
·          Must have the technical skills necessary to support the extranet framework, such as knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
·          Must possess a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills so as to be able to work well with employees at all levels within the organization and maintain all information in the strictest of confidence. Required to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
·          Must have ability to read, write and communicate fluent English; ability to compose documents in the appropriate business style using correct grammar and spelling; ability to communicate clearly using proper grammar and diction over the telephone.
·          Must possess attention to detail, ability to balance multiple projects and have strong time management skills.
·          Must have ability to reason and apply common-sense understanding to situations encountered.
·          Ability to process routine daily functions while being able to resolve sensitive issues and complex assignments utilizing above average critical thinking skills.
·          The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order for him or her to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.  While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to:
·          remain in a mobile position for 30% of the day and a stationary position 70% of the work day;
·          be able to move about inside the office to access various items;
must be able to elevate and transport items up to 20 pounds; constantly operate office machinery including but not limited to computers, computer mouse, hand held devices, and copy machines
