End User Support Specialist II

About the Position

Key responsibilities include:
  • Description:   Support role of laptops, desktops, rugged laptops, and iPads
    o       Hardware break\fix and software support, device installation and lifecycle replacement
    o       Includes both computer equipment in our office as well as the mobile devices & equipment
    •       Deployment, enrollment, and cellular activation for our mobile devices (iPhones & iPads)
    •       Device imaging and re-imaging to resolve issues
    •       Inventory management for the spare equipment
    •       Provide technical support for training classes that place in the area
    •       Provide day-after support for any major release\update of some of our key applications.
    •       This  role will support several office buildings within a 1-2 hr radius.  Reliable transportation is required.  Mileage is reimbursed
